Large double room in Stockwell in time for summer

We have a bright double room available in our lovely flat from the 24th of May. Rent is £730 per month, plus bills (approximately £70–£80 per person).

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage, and gets great natural light, is a really comfortable room.

The flat is also fully furnished and includes all the essentials: central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob, shared bathroom, and shared lounge. There’s also a great sized patio, perfect for summer BBQs and chilling outside.

You’ll be living with three Kiwi guys who are all super friendly, easygoing, and respectful. Everyone works full-time, and while we’re a social house - occasional movie nights, BBQs, or a few drinks - we also really value personal space and downtime. It’s a really nice, chill, tidy, and welcoming home.

The flat is on a quiet street just off Clapham Road, with great neighbours and an ideal location. It’s a short walk to both Stockwell and Clapham North stations (Victoria and Northern lines), making it really easy to get around London.
