🌈I’m a queer, gender-fluid (she/they) chef and live-in landlord, and you’d be sharing with me, my housemate (straight man, operations manager), and my small quiet dog. Would suit a laid back, sociable, open-minded, tidy, lefty professional. We live in a chill, homely manner- it’s not a party house, but we welcome your mates/friends/lovers over for social times.

It’s a ready made home so there’s no space to accommodate additional furniture, but there is space in the room for a desk if you work from home.

The shared areas are newly refurbished, and there’s communal gardens as well as a balcony. Open plan kitchen-living room. Colour changing Philips hue lighting throughout. Dishwasher, washing machine, and very well equipped kitchen. Comes with a weekly cleaner; we keep the place very clean between visits, so please only apply if you proactively clean up after yourself unprompted🧼✨

Super close 10min walk to Clapham North, Stockwell, Nine Elms, Wandsworth road and Clapham high street tube stations (Victoria, Northern, and Windrush lines). Clapham Common and Battersea power station 15min walk away. Brixton village 20min walk. Closest national rail vauxhall or clapham junction. Loads of local shops, supermarkets, parks, restaurants, cafes, gyms and other amenities. Larkhall park with tennis court, outdoor gym, ping-pong table and running track next door.
