The room is available from 31st May. The tenancy is currently being renewed and will run until 30th April 2027.
About the flat:
This is a lovely 2-bedroom flat including 1 shared bathroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, and a charming south-west facing private garden perfect for barbecues, sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee!
The flat is located on a quiet residential street and is very well connected.
The room:
A spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light. It comes unfurnished but there is ample space for a double bed, a desk, a set of drawers, wardrobes etc. If needed, there may be an option to purchase some furniture from the current flatmate.
Transport & local area:
10min walk to Stockwell and Oval stations (Victoria & Northern line). Pretty quick commute to the City (only 30min).
Local shops are just 3min away and Kennington Park is only 10min away (great for walks, picnics or a lunchtime break).
About me:
I’m a professional in my early 30s who enjoys socialising, cooking, and staying active. I’ve put a lot of care into making this flat feel like home and would love to share it with someone who is friendly, tidy, and respectful.
Bills:
Not included and come to approximately £250/month, covering WiFi, council tax, water, gas, and electricity.
