Possibility of moving to a DOUBLE ROOM in the same flat beginning of June (double bed, furnished), £758PCM plus bills

Shops, gyms, bars, tube and overground round the corner.

The flatmates are a 37yo Italian straight woman, 32yo Scottish gay man and an Italian 56yo translator/professor. gay man.

We all travel a lot.

Private gated communal garden.

Musician more than welcome.

Ok to have friends/guests over, but no wild "parties"

Clean and reliable LGBTQ/LGBTQ friendly person preferred, all friendly nice reliable people considered. All ethnics, genders, ages, nationality.

One month deposit required, rent to be paid punctually on the first of each month (landlord request), REFERENCES REQUIRED

Bills usually between 80 and 120 GBP PM(Utilities, broadband, TV licence, Council tax)
