Kitchen and bathroom shared with one other person (me). No living room. Quiet, low-key setup.

Clean, considerate professional. Independent, respectful of space. Single occupancy. Non-smoking.

*About me
I work across film, art, and cultural projects. The flat is my base and I keep a quiet, steady routine. This year, due to projects abroad, I travel every other month for a few weeks.

*Interests
Film, music, the human condition, ecology. I also play acoustic guitar occasionally.

*The area
Stamford Hill / Stoke Newington. Stamford Hill station 5 min walk (Liverpool Street in under 15). Church Street, Clissold Park and the River Lea all within 15–20 min.

*Availability
