Hi all,
We are looking for someone to take a double room in our newly refurbished 3-bed flat in St Johns Wood from mid June. Rent is £1300 per month including heating. Other bills are paid separate. Deposit is £1730 in total.
The flat is currently shared with one other professional female who works in consultancy. Two rooms have recently become available, so the other incoming tenant will also be a working professional. We are busy during the week, but friendly and easy-going, and enjoy an occasional drink, like to do reformer pilates and playing tennis.
