Our flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of May so we are looking for someone to fill his room in our lovely flat in St John’s Wood!
The flat is in an amazing location just off St John’s Wood high street, only a 5 min walk to Regent’s Park and 5 min walk to St John’s Wood Station on the jubilee line so it’s super well connected.
The flat is on the second storey and has a lounge, kitchen, spare room and a shared back garden. Your room comes fully furnished and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The rent is £950 per month plus bills come to around £85 per month.
You’ll be living with two Kiwi’s and one Brit (one couple + one single) aged 25-27. We’re a sociable flat and enjoy a movie night in but also enjoy going out on the weekends with friends. We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age to us who is up for flat dinners and the odd pub night!
