Double Room - Abbey Road, St John's Wood

We are two professionals (lawyer, software engineer) in our 20s looking for someone to join our flat, starting sometime before the end of June 2026.

We have been here for over 3 years and really like the location (<10mins walk from St John's Wood/Maida Vale tube stations, a short walk from Regent's Park and Beatles' crosswalk).

Bills are shared and are around £150pp/pcm (energy, water, council tax - band F, broadband, home insurance, TV licence). We get on well with our landlords and have not had any issues with the property during our time here.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe (n. b., the bookshelf pictured is no longer at the flat). The bathroom is shared with one of the flatmates.

We are looking for someone who will be able to join the lease, but please get in touch if you have any queries about this.
