Summer term let in south London

I’m subletting my fully furnished double room in a great London location near Elephant & Castle from May 1st to September 1st( possibility of extending till Sept 20th). I'm pretty flexible, just reach out and we can figure out something that works for both of us.

- Quiet and comfortable for studying or working

The Flat:
- Free Parking available if needed

- 3 other flatmates

- Spacious shared kitchen and living space

- Lovely private garden

Clean, respectful household — looking for someone similar

Rent & Bills:
- £945 rent for the month

- £165 for bills (covers all utilities, WiFi and cleaner)

- Cleaner that comes in biweekly

- Deposit required to secure the room

Location:
- Just outside Zone 1, central London

- 10-minute bus ride to London Bridge Station

- 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station
