Moving out of my room in a 4 bedroom flat. The flat has 1 full bath and a half bath. Flat features include:

- 2 big storage closets
- Close walk to the Southfields tube station, around 7 minute walk, so easy access to anything off of the District line
- All bills and a regular cleaner are included in the rent
- The 3 other flatmates are all professional and tidy
- an M&S, boots, Sainsbury, a Tesco and other shops are within 10 minute walk
- Bedroom has a desk, chair, large wardrobe, draws, lamp and mini shelves all included. Plus a big window.

Flexible with dates, but around the end of May.
