Looking for a new housemate to move in to this beautiful, cosy double room in southfields.

I am moving out of London so I’m looking for someone who can move in at the beginning of next month. I’ve loved living in the area, there’s lots to see and do and with the district line so close you have quick access to central London.

House is a 10 minute walk from southfields station&right next to the bus stop which takes you to Clapham junction&vauxhall.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, a mirror and a shelving unit.

The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine&dryer as well as lots of cupboard space to store all your things.

About the house: The house is currently home to a lovely a couple, their son and another friendly housemate, all professionals.
The vibe of the house is friendly&cosy, with people having the odd chat in the kitchen. However, people enjoy space and time to themselves.
There’s also an adorable cat called whisky.
The house has 2 bathrooms, a lovely bright kitchen, a living room and garden area!
