We are proud to present this lovely room in a quiet location, just 5–10 minutes from Southfields Underground Station, with easy access to shops and local amenities.

Room : £175 PW (Single Occupancy)

The Property:
• Fully furnished throughout
• Clean and well-maintained communal areas
• Well-maintained kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and essential appliances
• Well-maintained bathroom
• Separate toilet room

The current flatmates are a professional male in his mid-30s and a professional female in their late 20s to early 30s. Both are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We are looking to maintain a household of a similar standard.

Payments & Terms:
• First month of rent payable before move-in (depending on agreement)
• A Security deposit equivalent to two weeks of rent is required to secure the room.
• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
