Looking for a new housemate to take over for a month for a lovely, fully furnished spacious double en-suite room in a large beautiful house in South Woodford.

All Bills included!

The house has overall 6 Bedroom so you will be sharing with the current housemates who are all lovely kind and welcoming professionals! As a household we are all respectful and responsible, always willing for a BBQ or a Movie night; but importantly we never feel we are on top of each other or that we have too many cooks in a kitchen; making the household quite peaceful and homely. We’re looking for someone who fits our atmosphere. The Age range is 22-45.

One Bathroom and one downstairs toilet
Equipped Kitchen with Two Fridge/Freezers
Living room
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Large Garden/Patio
Shared Living/Dining Room

Transport:
Great connection through bus routes 2 min walk away as well as a 5 min walk to the central line getting you into central London in 20mins.

We’re on the high street some there is a huge range of shops/grocery shops a small walk away. (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and M&S).
