The flat has been renovated throughout to a high standard and close to all amenities.
4 nights per week for one person who is working away from home on a short or long term basis.
A mature clean and tidy professional for bright sunny double room with large bay windows, double bed/ottoman, double wardrobe, flat screen tv with Netflix etc, with additional storage for bed linen and towels.
The communal areas would be shared with myself and kept clean and tidy. There is also outdoor space for the summer months ahead. A person who likes to come home to a calm space after a long day and chill and is happy to do their own thing but does not mind catching up for a chat or a drink. I have had lodgers in the past who are now good friends.

The room may be used by a family member on the occasional weekend.
