Contract runs until April 2027

I am looking for a female working professional to take over my room in a lovely flat in Swiss Cottage. This is a tenancy assignment so you will be taking over my existing contract which runs until April 2027.

Please note this is a women only flat and we are looking for a working professional rather than a student . Who would also be an LGBTQ Ally 🏳️‍🌈

About the room The room is a good size with wooden flooring, a large window , a comfortable double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe ,a desk and chair and plenty of wall space to personalise and make your own.

About the flat and flatmates * The flat is a 3-person share, and the two flatmates already living here are both working professionals. You’ll be living with one 25-year-old who works in law and one 26-year-old who works in TV. Both lovely and easy-going.

Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a main bathroom with a full bath and overhead shower, and another smaller bathroom. There is a cosy living room with a sofa, a dining table, and a balcony with outdoor seating. The flat is well maintained, clean and has a relaxed but respectful atmosphere.

About the location You are a short walk from Primrose Hill, Regent's Park, South Hampstead and the independent cafes, restaurants, cinemas and shops along Finchley Road. It is well connected with multiple transport options nearby.

2 minute walk to South Hampstead Overground 5 minute walk to Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee Line) 15 minute walk to Finchley Road Tube (Metropolitan Line)

A note on the process Because this is a tenancy assignment rather than a new tenancy, the landlord will need to approve the incoming tenant via the estate agent before everything is confirmed. This involves providing references and ID. The process is straightforward, and I am happy to guide you through it.
