Single room near South Ealing

Hello,

We have a single room available in our houseshare.
The room is on the first floor and has a double bed with 1 nightstand, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
The bathroom is communal but has the other 2 rooms on the floor have an ensuite, it will be yours to use.

There is a living room, kitchen with dining area, a backroom (that we use for drying our laundry mainly) and a small garden.

Bills are currently at £100/month and include gas, electricity, water, broadband/tv, tv license and a fortnightly cleaner for all communal areas.
Council tax is included in the rent.

The house is a 2mn walk from South Ealing station, and 20ish mn walk from Ealing Broadway station.

There are 3 other women in the house, age 28 to 43, all working full time. As a group we like to share some time together here and there, getting take aways or going to a west end show, but also enjoy our own space and are a pretty chilled vibe.

We are looking for another woman to join our houseshare, professionals only.
Moving in date flexible between May 1st and June 1st.
