This student accommodation is ideal for those studying in Central London over the summer. It is conveniently located between Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras stations, with a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away, making it extremely well-connected.

All utility bills are included (except for laundry), so there are no unexpected extra costs. The flat features a shared kitchen with five other residents, equipped with essential appliances including a toaster, microwave, two fridges, and an oven.

Laundry facilities are available on-site through Circuit Laundry, with washing priced at £3.70 and drying at £2.20 per use.

The building offers 24-hour reception and CCTV, ensuring a high level of safety and security. Each resident is provided with a unique key card for access to the main entrance, the building, the flat, and the individual room.

The room itself is located on the 4th floor and faces an interior view, making it especially quiet. It is also well soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable living environment without disturbance from flatmates.
