Bills on top of rent come to around £100 per month.

The flat is just off Bethnal Green road, with access to buses, restaurants, coffee shops and a tesco/sainsburys local only 5/10 minutes walk away.
Only a 15 minute walk to both Liverpool street and Whitechapel station.

Looking for girls who are friendly, easygoing and clean/tidy. Preferably aged above 24.
Currently living in the flat is me (Isabella) a 23 year old Aussie working hospitality.
Would like to make the flat a friendly space where it’s chill but also down for nice chats and occasional outings together.
