Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over a double room in a 2 bed flat in Shoreditch (right next to Brick Lane), from January.

The room isn't huge but it's clean and in a lovely 2nd floor flat. Unfurnished room.

Rent is £950 pcm with a £1000 deposit.

The flat is a 4 minute walk to Shoreditch Hight Street station.

You will be living with me...I'm Sam, a 32 year old, Scottish sales/marketing consultant and owner of a startup creative studio. Am very easy going, been in London for 9 years so understand the spareroom dynamic and bedding in to a new place with new people. I'm in to fashion, media, music... also enjoy going out with mates, meeting new folks, staying active/fit but also very happy to keep myself to myself when flatmates are ready to do the same.

Looking for someone with a similar outlook, who is clean and considerate.

All bills typically come to approx £130/month each.
