En-Suite Student Room (Full-time student ONLY)

I am looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy as my industrial placement in London comes to an end this summer. The room is En-suite, provided by the Unite Students, and is only 3 minutes walk from Seven Sisters Station and Pure Gym, 5 minutes from Tesco, and 20 minutes away from Liverpool Street station on the overground.

~Move-in date can be accommodated to your preference; however, you need to commit to the end of current contract which is 6th September. If you desire to stay next academic year, after 6th September, you can sign a new contract with Unite Students.

~ Rent is £285 p/w based on the official Website. A reasonable amount of discount can be considered as a goodwill for taking over the tenancy.

~ Please note that all the tenancy takeover process will directly be completed by the Unite Students sales team.
~ ONLY STUDENTS are allowed to reside at the United Students Accommodations.
