Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flat in a great central London location. The room is available as part of a tenancy change and everything will be handled directly through Dexters, so it is all formal and secure.

The flat is located right next to the Brunswick Centre, a 2 minute walk from Russell Square, and around a 10 minute walk from both King’s Cross and the British Museum. It’s a really convenient and well-connected area, especially for UCL and central London.

The room is spacious and part of a shared flat with 2 university undergrad students. The rent is approximately £335 per week and follows a six-month payment structure as per the tenancy agreement.

I am ideally looking for someone reliable who is happy to take over the tenancy and move into a straightforward living arrangement in a great location.
