All rooms are currently available future will be young professionals/students and we aim to select a respectful, clean and welcoming household.

Payments & Terms:
• First month’s rent payable before move-in

•A Security deposit equivalent to two weeks of rent is required to secure the room.

• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
