I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful flat ideally located on Colosseum Terrace, right next to Regent’s Park.

The apartment is set on the second floor of a charming period building facing a quiet courtyard, making it both central and very peaceful. It offers a very large and bright living room (which is rare for the area), a separate fully fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom with an additional WC, wooden floors throughout, and a balcony. The common areas of the building have recently been refurbished and the property is extremely well maintained.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with built-in storage and good natural light. You’ll be sharing the flat with Stanley, mid-twenties, working in finance, very clean and easygoing — the flat has a calm and respectful atmosphere.

The location is excellent, within a couple of minutes’ walk of Great Portland Street station and Regent's Park station, and about 10 minutes from Euston station.

The rent is £1,411 per month excluding bills, with a 5-week deposit. The tenancy is for a minimum of 12 months and this would be a lease takeover (name change on the contract). The room is available from late May / early June, with some flexibility.
