Cosy room in lovely family home; only a short walk

A cosy single furnished bedroom is available in West Wimbledon; in a quiet, friendly, safe home only a few minutes' walk from the station. This is available from 17 May

I work long hours (currently from my loft study) so the person I am looking for is a quiet female (ideally a student or a part-time worker) who will enjoy the full run of the house (including front and spacious and lovely back gardens, lounge, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, conservatory and loft study).

The room is cosy and furnished. All bills are included: council tax, all utilities, superfast broadband wifi throughout the house and cable TV package.

The rent is so cheap because I expect this person to help keep the home clean, do hoovering, and help me tidy up. That is also why I say it is likely to be better for a young female. I have had male tenants and I hate to say it but many of them have been hopeless at the cleaning. I will of course, consider all applicants fairly, but house cleaning is the reason the rent is so incredibly low.

It’s not very much cleaning work (8 -10 hours a week tops) but it is very much the key part of the deal for such a super cheap rent in a nice home in a very nice, quiet and safe area.

I'm a Canadian professional and my son has moved out to uni so the person who moves in has the full run of the house. Enjoy the sunny garden. There are stereos on every floor of this three storey home so play your music and enjoy the place.
