Putney Room, Private bathroom and Garden

Looking for a friendly new tenant to replace me in our gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Putney flat with a garden (and huge bbq!) as I am moving in with my partner

The flat is 2 mins walk from Putney station and 5 mins from East Putney Station. Remaining flatmates are 25/27, from New Zealand and Northern Ireland and Scotland. All 3 are professionals and are very friendly and relaxed!

We are not the kind of flat who sends photos to the group chat when someone leaves a dish soaking overnight lol but we do like to keep it clean. All flat mates have a hybrid working schedule and work from home 1-2 days a week.

The bedroom has wan internal wardrobe and lots of storage space with enough room for a desk, along with a private bathroom (including bath) down the hallway.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent!

Monthly bills are approx. £100 per person.
