You’ll be living with two friendly, like-minded housemates:
• Roisin (32) – Head of Year
• Annabelle (32) – Area Manager

The flat has a calm, welcoming feel - we enjoy our own space but also love venturing out for runs (we are not fast!), cosy film nights, random London adventures and dinners. It’s a home rather than just a house share.

The room & flat:
• Bright, spacious double room with plenty of storage (including under-bed)
• Two stories (bedroom is on the second floor)
• Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bathroom upstairs, the other downstairs)
• Flat is fully furnished throughout (including all kitchen utensils)
• Access to large communal gardens, picnic areas, secure bike storage & a private balcony (that we are SO excited to enjoy over summer!)

The practical bits:
• Bills approx. £100/month (split evenly)
• We're in Wandsworth council tax band
• Fortnightly cleaner (cost shared)
• Ideally suited to someone not working from home

Perfectly positioned just 5–10 minutes from Putney High Street, local gyms, supermarkets, Putney Heath, and both Putney & East Putney stations.

Move-in date: 4th May
