Hello, I'm Guy, and I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room.

ABOUT THE ROOMS
Upstairs En-Suite [TAKEN]
The room is on the upper floor with a king size bed, large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. It's furnished and ready to move into.

Downstairs double
Large double bed, lovely wooden decor, newly painted. You will have sole use of the downstairs bathroom apart from a few times a month when I am in London.

Council tax and fast internet are included in the monthly rate.
Gas, electricity and water will be split between three

ABOUT THE HOUSE
A well-maintained, newly refurbished four bedroom house on a peaceful residential street in Woolwich. The kitchen — complete with stunning granite worktops — living room and open living area are shared between two lodgers. It's spacious, bright and a genuine home from home. Not a party house.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Woolwich Arsenal station is under 10 minutes' walk, giving you access to the Elizabeth Line, DLR and national rail services — excellent connections across London.

ABOUT ME
I'm Guy, a software engineer. I'll be away sailing around Britain from May through to November, so I'll only be around roughly one or two days a month during that period. You'll have the run of the house almost entirely to yourself, sharing only with one other lodger. When I am home I'm easy-going and value a calm, respectful atmosphere.

ABOUT YOU
I'm looking for a trustworthy, considerate housemate — ideally a professional who'll treat the place well. Fast internet is included, so working from home is no problem. I'd love someone who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy and is happy to share the house with one other lodger in a quiet, respectful household.
