We’re looking for a young professional (mid 20s-30s) who:
- Knows how to clean up after themselves & respects communal spaces
- Likes to spend time as a flat, such as cooking together and watching films but ultimately has their own life and enjoys the independence as well

Our property is handled by an agency and so there are a few requirements:
- Minimum income £31k
- Background checks (including a reference from place of work and proof of passport and income)
- No pets allowed
