Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my bright double room in a flatshare in Peckham as I’ll be moving overseas.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair – ideal for working from home or commuting.

The flat was fully refurbished at the beginning of 2025, with all furniture brand new. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom, and all bills are included (WiFi and cleaner included).

Great location – bus stop 2 minutes away with direct routes to London Bridge, Elephant & Castle and central London. Queen’s Road Peckham station is also nearby with easy connections to East London.

Friendly and respectful flatmates who tend to keep to themselves, creating a calm and easygoing home.
