🏠 We have a lovely double room available in this spacious two-bed Peckham flat for single occupancy. This split level flat has a large kitchen with pantry storage, living/dining room, recently renovated bathroom and two sunny balconies.
👫 You will be sharing the flat with a couple - Adam (32) and Martha (27). We both work freelance in TV so our work schedules vary but generally we do a mix of wfh and location work. We love escaping London for a hike, exploring local wine bars, watching naff TV, hosting dinner parties and cooking up overly-ambitious feasts.
🕺We are looking for someone who is chilled, up for a pint, clean and tidy, left-leaning and just generally a sound person. Ideally looking for someone in work and who mostly works on-site / in the office, not fully WFH.
🧮 We are relatively flexible when it comes to move in date / length of tenancy - just looking for the right person. Ideal move in date would within a month or so. We are looking for someone who’s happy to agree to a break clause in the contract.
📍We are a 10/15 minute walk from Peckham Rye station train and overground links (and all the amazing restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, gyms Rye Lane has to offer). We also have amazing bus links on our doorstep that take you into central and east. Nearby, we have the beautiful Burgess Park, Peckham Rye, Camberwell, Nunhead and Dulwich.
And some amazing nearby spots such as Toad Bakery, Peckham Cellars, Silk Road, Forza, Bar Levan, The Sourcing Table etc.
