Double Room in Sociable Houseshare

We are currently looking for a fourth housemate to fill a double bedroom on the second floor at the beginning of September. Looking for someone with the usual ideal qualities- sociable, clean/tidy and willing to get involved with a house dinner/glass of wine/ night out occasionally.

The housemates:
We are currently 2 girls and 1 boy in our early 30's who work typical 9-5 jobs.

We are a mix of hybrid working so luckily we aren't on top of each other working in the weekdays. The ideal housemate would have a similar schedule to us.

We are looking for a male to replace the male housemate who is moving out. We are quite a sociable house and often chill together in the evenings but also have our own friendship groups. Bringing friends over etc. is fine and we are very laid back 😊

The House:
Spacious 3 story house with plenty of storage. South facing garden (ideal for the summer) Large living room and dining area. Downstairs toilet/shower room and upstairs bathroom. The room available has a double bed. It has a built in wardrobe too, so lots of space! However you will need to furnish the rest of the room with your own furniture.

Peckham Rye station is a 10 minute walk away and is really well connected with buses.

Rent and bills £808pcm (includes internet, council tax, water, gas & electric and Now TV – Netflix etc.)
Move in date : 1st June
