Gorgeous open plan 4 bed house with garden in Oval with a room available to move in on the 20th of May💞💖🌸

Who were looking for:
We are looking for a 4th person to join the 4 bed flat we have just signed in Oval. We would love someone with a similar vibe to become friends with and make the house a home! We’re looking for a girl between the ages of about 25-31 with a budget of £1020.

About us:
Hannah and I work in Sales and Lillian is an NHS youth practitioner. We all love socialising, fitness, self-care, travelling, a pub night and festival 💃 we’ve all been living in share houses for many years and are very respectful, tidy housemates. Hannah and I met through living together for the past year and Hannah and Lillian are besties from uni. We’ve all become really close over the past year and would love someone to add to that! We would like someone who fits into the group and is keen to socialise (especially with the outdoor area during summer!). 🌺

The house/room:
The house is a beautiful three story, newly renovated house with a garden. It is a 10 min walk to Oval station and right around the corner from Kennington park with lots of cute pubs close by!

The room will fit a double bed, desk and drawers. The house is unfurnished (however comes with oven and white-ware), however the current tenants are moving out in the next week and are looking to pass on their furniture for very cheap.

The room we are advertising is currently the office but the wall will be nocked down in the next week and moved further out to make it bigger (see bedroom 4 on the floor plan) These photos have been taken with the current tenants in the yhouse so it will look slightly more girliefied 🤠
