Hi, I've moved out of my 3 bed 2 bathroom flat in Sienna House in 🌲 East Village 🌲 and I'm looking for someone to replace me. The other flatmates want to also move out on 13 June, so I offer my old room for a short-term sublet for any duration until 13 June. Very quick turnaround possible, no slow paperwork.

It's an ensuite room with a double bed and a standing desk. Fully furnished, clean, and lots of storage with two full height wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and two nightstands. The window looks out onto a peaceful courtyard.

The flat has 3 bedrooms. My current flatmates are a super friendly married couple who take up one bedroom and the third bedroom is spare. The wife is an architect and the husband is a big tech software engineer. They love cooking, watching movies, and walks outside. They are super tidy and clean.

5 min walk to Stratford International and 10 min walk to Stratford station for Elizabeth, DLR, Central, Jubilee, and others. Great connections to all airports. Olympic Park is a great place for sports and has a velodrome, a swimming pool, and lots of greenery.

The landlord is Get Living who own most of East Village. They are very quick with repairs and all their communication.

Bills and council tax are around £35 a week.
