I am subletting a room in my flat for one month, from 16 April to 16 May. There could also be the possibility of extending into a longer-term arrangement from mid May if the lease is renewed.
The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street station, with Shoreditch and Angel both around 10 minutes away. It is very central, but the street itself is quiet and the area feels safe.
The room available is a large furnished double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and more. The flat itself has three rooms in total, plus a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen.
Rent is £1,200 per month, with bills of around £150, so around £1,350 in total each month.
It is a great area if you enjoy being close to pubs, cafés, and restaurants, while also having Regent’s Canal and Victoria Park within easy reach for a walk.
I am looking for a friendly, open-minded, and tidy flatmate who is easy to live with and happy to help keep the flat a nice home.
