The flat is 2 bedroom with a lounge, kitchen, small laundry room (washing machine and drying racks) and a couple of storage cupboards. It’s really modern and the areas is friendly and all the amenities you could wish for! Hoxton is really vibey and plenty of things to do and local pub quizzes! The area really has got everything you need.

The available room is a large size and includes a bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and a small fitted hanging rail. Also a brand new mattress. It’s got a large window and really bright and airy with high ceilings. Plenty of space to bring your own bits and pieces and put own stamp on it.

The rest of the flat is fully equipped with all the trimmings, lots of houseplants although plenty of room if you'd like to bring your own essentials as I’d love for you to feel completely at home.

- Ideally we are looking for someone who will stay in the flat much longer and are looking for a proper home not just a room. I think it’s important that whoever lives with me will be comfortable and happy in the space, treat it like their own. As well as someone who clicks well with me. I have been in the flat 2 years and take pride in keeping a clean and tidy home. I am looking for a person with a balance of being social and independent. Working from home is absolutely fine as I don’t very often. It is really important to have somebody who will socialise with me as well as respect the space, keep it nice and clean and peaceful during the week. I’d love somebody to socialise with too for the odd pub quiz and other things over the weekend! I am really friendly, clean and tidy and work full time. I also do lots of activities such as yoga, hiking, travel and social events.
