Looking for Female Roommates!!!

hi! we're a bermondsey 5-bed looking for two new people to join our house :)

key info:
– rent is £880 per month (first rent due june 12th)
– bills are just under £100 per month, this includes:
- unlimited gas, electric, and water: roughly £75
- ultrafast wifi: £12
– the house is on marcia road, right next to old kent road tesco
– shared spaces include living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden (+ a small toilet downstairs)
– 15 min walk to E&C tube and LCC/LSBU campuses
– buses to almost anywhere in the city from across the street (kings cross, shoreditch, new cross, soho, camden etc.)

about the rooms:
room #2 – double room with a west-facing window. gets a TON of of natural light and super spacious. furnished with a double bed, triple closet, desk and desk chair.

room #4 – massive east-facing top floor bedroom that also gets a ton of natural light! comes furnished with a desk, chair, king bed, bookshelf, and closet.

about the current household:
we’re a group of students/recent grads from mixed courses/unis in our early 20s. we all get along really well, but will all gradually moving over the next few months due to graduating and moving in with partners, etc. so we're starting the process of getting a new household together!

about the current tenants:

hello! i'm quinn :) i'm a creative arts student in my early 20s. i grew up in yorkshire and moved to london 4 years ago with my cat for uni. rn i go to UCA in canterbury but live here so i tend to come and go a little, but i've called this place home the entire time i've lived in london and i'm very fond of it! i'm super familiar with the area and would be happy to show you around (i have lots of recommendations for bagels, coffee, etc.) my hobbies include writing, cycling, all types of art, cooking, going to the movies, reading, and the occasional video game.

my cat is named garlic bread (geebs for short.) he usually hangs out in my room, but is very social and would love to get to know you if you like cats!

the other tenants are a fashion student at CSM, a shakespeare studies student at KCL, and an international relations student at LSE! we're all doing different things but like to get together for a pint or a movie when we have time!

who you are:
under 25, lgbtq+ friendly, and comfortable with cats. you’ll need a guarantor and must be okay with paying council tax from june to august (roughly £35pm) as the household is a mix of students and recent grads and it's too expensive not to split!

rn we're an all-female household and would prefer to keep it that way so no men, sorry:)

note: this is a lease takeover so you'll pay the security deposit to the tenant you're replacing, and rent etc. to the letting agent! more info will be provided upon contact ofc<3
