Large master bedroom with private en-suite and loads of storage.

I've got a lovely ensuite double room coming available at the end of May in my spacious home in Nunhead.

You will be sharing the home with myself (32, Gay Male) the owner/ landlord (I’m in the loft room), I work in tech and in the office 2-3 days a week with the occasional travel out of country every other month. I share my home with my dog, a 5 year old frenchie with a thriving social life so out quite a lot.

The whole house consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Ground floor - Hallway, Living room, tv room, downstairs WC, under-stair washing machine, courtyard garden, Large kitchen and open plan dining room with bi-fold doors onto the garden. The garden is a decent size and we look forward to gardening and having a couple bbqs in the summer!

First floor - 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite with walk in shower, double sink and storage and 1 family bathroom.

Second floor - double loft bedroom with adjacent shower room with WC.

Please note: the loft bedroom has some eaves storage which I use - however there is some extra room for a few items (e. g. a suitcase). Bedroom furniture can be swapped out depending on preferences.

Would consider a weekday let only and rent price would vary accordingly.
