Double Room with Private Bathroom Available

I’m moving out of the city for the short term to be closer to my family hence am looking to for a replacement (the bedroom at the top of the floorplan with separate bathroom).

The bedroom has a separate door to the garden/terrace, built in closet and plenty of space for a desk or extra storage.

The flat has an open plan common space with 6 person dining table and two 3 person sofas and also plenty of storage in the separate closet off the lounge and in the entrance hall.

Kitchen has lots of storage space, a full height fridge, a separate full height freezer, and a dishwasher.

Bills (c.£200 month per person).

The building has a full time porter, and you can also access the flat directly through the side gate if needed. We have access to large patios either side of the flat and the flat itself doesn’t overheat in summer.

My flatmate Harry who will be remaining works in the tech startup space.
