We’re looking for a new housemate to join our warm and friendly home in the heart of Notting Hill!

The flat is ideally located in Westbourne Park, just a short walk from Bayswater and Maida Vale. Within 2 minutes, you’ll find underground stations, bus stops, and bike hire points, making commuting super easy. There are also plenty of nearby supermarkets and essentials (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Poundland, etc.).

One of the highlights of the area is Portobello Market, only a 3-minute walk away, filled with great restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. Ladbroke Grove station is just 6 minutes on foot. It’s a calm, lovely neighbourhood, we’ve genuinely loved living here.

Rent: £930/month
Bills: approx. £85/month
Cleaner: £25/month (comes twice monthly for deep cleaning)
Deposit: £900 (secured with DPS)
Tenancy change fee: £50
Move-in date: from 24th May

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally, a female professional in her 30s, working full-time (hybrid), who is tidy, respectful, and a good fit for our home.

The landlords are a lovely UK-based couple who are very responsive and easy to deal with.
