My current flatmate is moving out after graduation, so I’m looking for a female tenant to take over the master bedroom from 6th June and renew the lease with me.
As I’m working full-time, I’d ideally prefer a working professional to share the council tax. (Students are also welcome if you’re happy to contribute to council tax.) Your name will be added to the lease, and we’ll sign the renewal contract together.
