Hey guys! We’re looking for someone to join our lovely house in West London (North Acton, W3) by beginning of May!

• Super bright and spacious ground-floor room with own separate bathroom.
• Comes furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bedside table, drawers, mirror and mattress. You’d just need to buy a bed frame.
• Downstairs Bathroom is yours. We only use the upstairs bathroom.
• Located in a modern and airy house with a chilled garden – perfect for summer BBQs ☀️🍔
• Approx. 8 minutes walk to North Acton and Acton Mainline stations.
• Super close to Westfields and Oxford street is only 20mins away on tube 🛍️ Loads of supermarkets nearby too! Huge park at the end of the road. It’s a great location 📍
• Full CCTV and Ring doorbell so it’s super secure and safe in a family area.

👯‍♀️ Housemates:
You’ll be living with 3 girls (23–26). We’re all Managers in Hospitality and I also work in Film/TV. We’re super busy workers but try to socialise when we can, are always respectful and love a pub trip, movie nights and cooking dinners together. We’ve lived here for 2+ yrs and would love someone to join us who we can be friends with and who’s part of our home with us 🫶🏻

💸 Rent:
£950 pcm + bills (approx £1075).
£980 deposit.
Will need to earn over £25K a year to pass referencing with the landlord.

📅 Move-in date:
Beginning of May, possibly a bit flexible.
