Double room for let in New Cross starting mid-June

Hi ! My name is Alice, I’m originally from Liverpool but I moved down to London last year from Glasgow to do my masters degree in art history. My flatmate has decided to move to Brighton so I’m looking for someone to replace her.

The flat is located in New Cross Gate, about a 10 min walk to the nearest tube station (New Cross Gate) and 15 to Queens Road Peckham station. There’s also a big Sainsbury’s, aldi, and b&m all within ten mins.

The flat is super spacious, with a large dining room-living room-kitchen at the heart of it. We use a management company for most things around the house, and they’re quite good, but the landlord is also really nice.

Bills are approx £175, which includes council tax, WiFi, gas & electric.
The room is unfurnished but my flatmate is happy to sell some of her furniture on for cheap (bed, desk, etc)
