Cosy double in creative New Cross house

I am moving into another room in the house and need to fill my current room. This room holds a queen sized double mezzanine bed and has a cosy and fun feel to it. I loved living in this room, as it’s very unique and homely.
The house has three bathrooms, of which one is right next to this room, and basically functions as an En-Suite. The house also has lots of storage that you can use (bike storage, attic, hallway, suitcase storage).

The house is an 8 minute walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations and a 12 minute walk to Deptford.

Bills are not included but come to around £50 a month.

We have a cool living room, a large kitchen and a garden ( that we are planning to make a lot nicer).

At the moment it is me and one other queer flatmate, and we are currently looking to fill this room along with two other rooms in the house.

We are queer performers and artists who love to cook, make art and make the house a cosy home.

The room will be available from 20 April, but the first rent is due on May 1st, which is also the latest move in date.
