Muswell Hill has lots of cafes, Waitrose, M & S, Sainsburys and lots of good restaurants as well as the Everyman cinema, all 10 minutes walk away. Crouch End is a short bus ride away also with a wide range of facilities, fitness/pool, etc and a cinema. The Whittington hospital is a bus ride away and there are good transport links to Bounds Green and Highgate tube as well as a fast train to Moorgate and the city from Alexandra Palace Station.
