This is a student accommodation under Unite Students, Rahere Court. The room is a 3rd-floor ensuite, offering both privacy and comfort.
The location is excellent – it is directly opposite Queen Mary University of London Mile End Campus and also very close to UCL East Campus (I am currently a UCL East student myself). There are convenient amenities nearby including Sainsbury's and other shops for daily needs.
The original rent is £360 per week, but I am offering it at £299 per week (all bills included). The tenancy contract runs until 14th September.
As I plan to move out early on 12th June, I am looking for a replacement tenant.
The accommodation is very safe, with a 24-hour reception and security service. The flatmates include two Chinese girls, one Chinese boy, and one Indian boy – everyone is friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
The shared spaces such as the kitchen and common room are cleaned regularly, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant living environment. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful, making this a great place to live.
