Room is available from the 1st May (with some flexibility).

Bright furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage, close to amenities, transport, and central London (Mile End - 15 mins walk; Devons Road - 6 mins walk). As you can see from the photos, the flat has new, modern interior. There is one bathroom shared between 3 people as another bedroom in the house has an en suite.

Existing flatmates are a mix of professionals and a student in their final year. All are relaxed, respectful and looking for the same.

A cleaner is organized to come every 2 weeks to clean the common areas – this is the only cost that is not included in the listed price and comes to £8.50 every two weeks.

All bills included: Council Tax, Internet, Water, Gas, TV license.

Note that the contract (and preference for length of occupation) for the flat will be for 12 months however, given the new legislation around renting coming in May, there is flexibility for shorter if needed.

If it wasn't for the fact that I'm moving in with my girlfriend, I'd happily renew my contract here!
