Hello everyone! We have a spacious ensuite bedroom soon to be available in our light, airy and recently renovated 3-bedroom house in E3. We are open to both solo renters and couples.

2 minutes walk to Mile End Park, 
10 minutes walk to Mile End tube station
, and close to many lovely local pubs and amenities in the area

The house has been recently renovated and is bright and spacious throughout, with a large living room, kitchen (with washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer) and garden space, perfect for relaxing or socialising.

The bedroom is generously sized and comes with a king-sized bed and triple wardrobe. It also includes a private bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Furniture is flexible depending on your needs.
You would be sharing the house with two friendly and relaxed housemates (30f, 30m). It’s a calm and easy-going household, and we’re looking for someone who is like-minded, considerate, and tidy.

As you will see from the above, the location is ideal and offers great access to green space, transport links, and local spots.

We are keen to meet you beforehand so you have a chance to look around and get a feel for the place (and us)!

Rent is £1,350pcm excluding bills. Bills come to approximately £112 between 3, or £84 between 4 (in the case of a couple).
