Double room next to Clissold Park

🛏️Our wonderful flatmates are moving back home, leaving us with a bright double room to fill. We are looking for a couple or individual to take over their room from 25 May. The flat is across the road from Clissold Park, with so many great pubs and cafes in the area.

📍Across the road from Clissold Park, on the Highbury side (couldn't be better situated for picnics and beers this summer).
Walking distance to Highbury shops, Stoke Newington's Church Street, Newington Green, Finsbury Park. Easy bus connections to Islington, London Fields, Dalston and Hackney. 12-15 minute walks to Arsenal, Finsbury Park and Manor House stations, and busses stop outside.

🍊A bright double room with a double wardrobe (plus heaps more shared storage in the flat). Comfortably has suited a couple. The room is unfurnished but existing flatties are keen to sell their furniture too. You would have your own private, spacious main bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.

🏙️A bright, warm new build 2 bed apartment with a balcony overlooking Clissold Park. Gets all day sun. Bike storage in the building. Heaps of communal storage in the flat.

🙋‍♀️You'll be living with a friendly Kiwi couple, both 29 and working in tech and law. We're easy going, keen to hangout and explore, but also respectful of each other's space.
