Join us in a friendly 3-bed in Maida Vale!

Hi all,

We’re looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in our flat, starting early-mid May. The rent is £1,275/month, bills come to approx. £120. We’ve lived here for 6-12 months and absolutely love the area.

About the room/flat:
The room is very spacious and comes unfurnished, apart from a built-in wardrobe, so you can bring your own personal touch to it! The flat has a separate living room and a bright kitchen. We are constantly working on making the flat as cosy and homely as possible (we have big plans for the living room)! The bathroom is shared with only one person and the toilet is separate. None of the bedrooms share walls and since we live on the top (4th) floor, the flat is very quiet. There’s no lift, which we choose to interpret as a free stairmaster (you get used to it).

About the area:
We are about a 5 minute walk away from the Maida Vale station, which is 4 mins away from Paddington, 12 mins from Oxford Circus. It’s a lovely residential area, quiet and safe. But, there are still plenty of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, being very close to Notting Hill and Little Venice.

About us:
You’ll be living with Lois (25, she/her), and Inez (29, she/her). We’re both working full time - Lois is in finance, Inez in research. When we’re not working, we love catching up over dinner or some drinks, baking, and watching films together. We go to the gym or our local hot yoga studio (must try!) and over the weekend we’re partial to a good DJ set or a day festival. We’re looking for a friendly housemate who will keep the flat cosy and clean, and hopefully share a glass of wine with us from time to time!
