The room feels lovely to be in south‑facing windows, great natural light, and lots of storage with over-head drawers and a built in wardrobe. It’s furnished with a double bed and mattress, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobe, lamp and all new bedding required (all still in its packaging). Property has a separate living room and also has a washing machine. This flat is in a purpose-built art deco apartment building with supermarkets nearby.

Bills and council tax (band C) are included; no pets or smokers. One month’s deposit, one month’s rent and standard references are required.

Moments from Maida Vale Station with fast links to Westbourne Park, Notting Hill and Kensington, and close to the canal, Paddington Recreation Ground, cafés, pubs, parks, supermarkets and excellent Tube, Overground and bus routes.
